I would of gave it 0 stars but Akron preparatory School is a crazy school from the minute we had my daughter start there till now it's amazing the crazy things that goes on in this school. The smallest thing to complain about is that in her grade she could only go to the bathroom 3 times a day and this is the younger groups, not the older kids. There is plenty of bullying in this school even for her age again, think young. Teacher doesn't do anything about it and I am sure no one pays attention in this school. My daughter had a boy in her class tell her she has a nice ass. For his age and her age she sure doesn't need to hear that coming out of a kid. If your kid is a trouble kid, then this place is a perfect place to attend. But for those who never had a kid be in trouble or cause issues like my daughter before she attended this school than don't waste your time. Run away from this place. I can personally say after a month and a half of school I finally decided to get her out of this school. And already got her enrolled in another one. And also teaching wise I don't know how they seem to teach but really I wonder how is it that at home my daughter has no issue with math but some reason she was failing it inside the school. That is one mystery I will never understand, and I found out she wasn't the only kid that was somehow failing but worked fine at home. Also really wasn't happy that this school has no place to play outside. I mean kids should be enjoying the fresh air not be in school all day. And let's not mention the after-school program my daughter she got a time out for not having her homework. First it is an after-school program, second the homework is not due till Friday and if anyone deserves the time out as her father, he left it at home. Not thinking it was going to get her in trouble for not bringing it.
