School Reviews

4   5/16/2017
It's pretty good. We have one of the nicest school libraries in the state, and our sports teams are amazing. The district in general has an amazing drama and theater program, with shows rivaling those at the Rochester Auditorium Theater. Also, there are over 30 opportunities for extracurricular activities, including clubs, the CMS Jazz Band, Fiddle Club, Girl's Chorale, and Middlemen. The amazing music program in CCSD is one of the best in the area. Also, there are many opportunities for enrichment, with almost 40% of eighth graders taking classes for ninth grade or above. There are the usual pitfalls, though. The cafeteria food is (expectedly) not wonderful, but they make up for it with the spacious cafeteria and freedom to go anywhere you want in the school (excluding teachers that are busy) to eat lunch. Overall, it's a nice school and district in general.
