As a former teacher, I would recommend Legal Prep to a new team of administrators. The TDT (Teacher Development Team) is a committee of individuals who lack Educational Leadership development and education. LPCA''s administrators are former teachers who were promoted to admin roles based on seniority. Staff turn over rates are alarming, to the point where students are placed with rotating subs in Quarters 1-3. School needs to encounter an employee wipe out to enhance rigor and school culture.
