School Reviews

1   12/14/2020
The old Morton High School on Marshall Avenue of the 1950''s was very, very different from what I read in this assessment. We were brought up in quite modest circumstances at home, but a good thing was that the Morton principal, Mr. A. W. Clark was quite strict and kept the school on a good upward track. Most teachers were dedicated to their job of preparing us for life, so that between home and school we had a very wholesome and supportive upbringing. Many of us went on to graduate from college and beyond, and we thought of ourselves as fortunate in having gone to Morton High.
