School Reviews

5   1/18/2009
Academic Programs are very high quality because students are provided four levels of classes (academic, college prep, honors, AP) to choose from based on their abilities within grades and intelligence. There is a wide range of music, art, sports, and other extracurricular activities. Art classes include Art History, Intro to Graphic Design and Clay. Music programs are the band and orchestra and choir. There are many different sports to pick from and clubs that a student can join. Students are very much encouraged to join a club and become active in the school. Last year (2007 season) our football team made the Pac-10 for our area and our Girls Cross Country team remains undefeated for a number of years now. The school facilities are very neat and clean and well kept. Parents are very much encouraged to get involved in the district, and there are very many parents already involved in Home and School and the Education Board of the District. All in all Perkiomen Valley is a wonderful school and students have a friendly environment around them and can feel safe.
