School Reviews

Ryan is a solid school. It has a lot to offer in the arts (music, drama, art, dance) and dedicated teachers. There is a diverse population with something for everyone (sports, native youth olympics, multiple clubs, school exchange possibilities, etc.). It is a beautiful, clean building and for the most part quality teachers that care about helping students learn and succeed.

I think that this is quite a good school. It's kept clean, and organized at most times. One of the biggest pro's is the school's dedication to preventing suicide, which is very important in my opinion.

Ryan is a good school for all. The teachers are very dedicated to teaching all they can. The students there tend to be kind. I would recommend this school for music especially.

Although there are some above average educators who serve the population at Ryan, the administration and support faculty: counselor, admin. assistants, psychologist, etc. are focused on preserving a reputation which is often a mere facade. The substantive issues of fulfilling the considerable potential of every student are relegated to a low priority. There are few role models which parents would want their students to emulate. Students with special needs are not well served, including gifted, and those with alternative learning styles or who come from non-traditional families.
